CodeSync Developments built the Timesheet - Employees Log app as a tool for personal work tracking. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use: Our app is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

• Timesheet Data: Any information you enter (Employer names, Employee names, Job details, Hours, and Travel) is stored locally on your device.

• Payment Data: If you choose to use the "Tip Jar" or "Timesheet Reminder" feature, we do not collect or see your credit card or payment information. All transactions are handled securely by the Google Play Billing system.

2. Data Storage: All data is stored on your device's internal storage using a Room Database and SharedPreferences.

• We have no access to this data.

• If you delete the app, the data stored within the app will be permanently removed unless you have exported it as a PDF.

3. PDF Export and Files: The app requires permission to write to your device's storage to generate and save your TIMESHEET PDF files.

• These files are saved in a folder accessible only by the app and your chosen PDF reader.

• You are responsible for the security of these files once they are shared or sent via other apps (Email, WhatsApp, etc.).

4. Third-Party Services: The app uses the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services: Used for the app's core functionality on Android.

• Google Play Billing: Used to process transactions. When you make a purchase, Google collects transaction information as governed by their own Privacy Policy.

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor app performance and improve user experience.

5. User Control and Deletion: You have full control over your data:

• Manual Deletion: You can use the "Delete All Data" button in the Settings menu to permanently erase all records from the device.

• App Uninstall: Uninstalling the app via Android settings will remove all locally stored database entries.

6. Security: I value your trust in using this app. Because your timesheet data never leaves your physical phone via our app, the risk of data breaches is significantly minimized. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy: I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
